How do I come in contact with you?

How do I pay for seeds?

You can pay by either cash in mail or via banktransfer. We accept Euro and US dollars. For the time being only these two options are available.

For banktransfer, simply follow the information you receive when completing the order.

For payment with cash in mail, please send to the address provided in the confirmation email.

Feel free to send payment as registered post, so we are sure it will arrive.

Can I buy single seeds?

No, packs are only sold in the numbers the breeders chose, usually 10-12 seeds pr pack.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the whole world. All countries included.

Is shipping discreet?

Yes, we ship in discreet bubble envelopes with only receivers name on it. There is no mention of SeedHeaven or what the envelope contains. The envelope only contains the seeds and no note of order confirmation or similar.

Is there a tracking number when the seeds are sent?

When you make an order you can choose between 2 shipping options. With and without tracking. For security reasons not everyone is interested in a tracked letter. Letters without tracking number is without insurance, so we cannot replace letters lost in mail.

Orders sent with tracked shipping is insured and should the envelope somehow get lost (which has never happened) we will of course replace it.

The seeds are damaged/faulty, what do I do?

All seeds sold at SeedHeaven are send in crackedproof containers. Should there anyhow be a problem with the seeds, please let us know through the contact formular or at info@seedheaven.net and we will find a solution.

How long does it take for seeds to arrive?

Depends on the local postal service, anything from 3 days to 2 weeks.

I have received the seeds – how do I germinate them?

The seeds sold at Seedheaven are sold as collecters items only. Please check your local laws and regulations before trying to germinate any seeds.
